Welcome to Video Duel, an interactive online bracket platform where users compete, vote, and have fun! By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. If you're under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms. We may limit access or suspend accounts if age cannot be verified.

2. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate info when registering. You're responsible for all activity under your account, so keep login credentials secure. If we suspect unauthorized use, we may disable your access.

3. Payments & Refunds

You may purchase digital tokens, credits, or other features. All transactions are processed securely through third-party services like Stripe. All purchases are final unless stated otherwise. If you experience a billing error, contact us at [support email] within 7 days.

4. Acceptable Use

Don’t upload or share anything: Illegal, harassing or discriminatory, infringing on copyright or trademarks, containing malware or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove content or ban users at our sole discretion.

5. Content Ownership

Any media you upload (videos, logos, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in the bracket system and promotional content. You must have the rights to everything you submit.

6. Game Mechanics

Votes, results, and bracket logic are determined by the platform and may change at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate events if there’s abuse, glitches, or foul play.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: data loss, downtime, errors in results, any indirect damages or losses.

8. Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts without notice if you violate these terms or for any reason we deem necessary. You may request account deletion anytime.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Legal disputes must be handled in courts located in that state.

10. Content Retention & Deletion

We reserve the right to delete any uploaded bracket videos or related media within 30 days after a bracket has been completed, or after 90 days of account or bracket inactivity. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any videos or media you upload. Deleted content cannot be recovered once removed. Your bracket token or purchase will remain valid, but you may be required to re-upload player avatars or videos if your content was removed due to inactivity or completion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We’ll notify you via the site or email. Continued use means you agree to the changes.
